为进一步加强高等学校实验室生物安全管理,有效预防和化解潜在生物安全风险,保障师生健康与校园环境安全,12月23日,由付丽娜老师组织的医学院生物材料与再生医学国际联合实验室特联合生物与食品工程学院高校实验室生物安全讲座成功开展。
To further strengthen the biosafety management of university laboratories, effectively prevent and mitigate potential biosafety risks, and safeguard the health of faculty and students as well as the safety of the campus environment, a university laboratory biosafety lecture was successfully held on December 23. The event was jointly organized by the International Joint Laboratory of Biomaterials and Regenerative Medicine of the Medical School (led by Teacher Fu Lina) and the College of Biology and Food Engineering.

讲座伊始,主讲人安莉指出随着生命科学、医学等相关学科的迅猛发展,高校实验室涉及的生物材料种类日益增多,实验活动日趋活跃。部分高校在管理、操作及废弃物处置方面,仍存在规范执行不严、风险意识不足、应急预案不完善等问题,潜在风险不容忽视。
At the outset of the lecture, the speaker An Li pointed out that with the rapid development of life sciences, medicine and other related disciplines, the types of biomaterials involved in university laboratories have been increasing, and laboratory activities have become increasingly dynamic. However, some universities still have problems such as inadequate implementation of regulations, insufficient risk awareness and incomplete emergency plans in terms of management, operation and waste disposal, and the potential risks cannot be ignored.
主讲人重点指出,在高校管理方面,既要完善实验室生物安全硬件设施,确保必要的生物安全柜、高压灭菌器等设备配备到位并有效运行,也要强化人员培训与考核,确保一线人员具备风险防范与应急处置能力,同时还需建立并定期演练生物安全事故应急预案,以保障在发生泄漏、感染等意外时能够迅速、科学、有效地处置。
The speaker emphasized that in terms of university laboratory management, it is necessary not only to improve the hardware facilities for laboratory biosafety, ensuring that essential equipment such as biosafety cabinets and autoclaves are fully equipped and in effective operation, but also to strengthen personnel training and assessment to ensure that frontline staff are competent in risk prevention and emergency response. Meanwhile, it is imperative to formulate biosafety accident emergency plans and conduct regular drills, so as to guarantee rapid, scientific and effective handling of accidents such as leaks and infections.
