二级教授,博士生导师,研究生知心导师。湖北省楚天学者特聘教授,湖北省青年杰出人才,入选斯坦福大学“全球前2%顶尖科学家”榜单和“终身影响力科学家”榜单。现任中国化学会纤维素专业委员会副主任,中国组织工程专业委员会副主任,中国生物材料学会凝胶材料常务理事与生物医用高分子材料分会委员,在国际权威期刊发表学术论文200多篇(H因子60,引用11265,数据来源 Scopus),出版3部专著及多个书稿章节,已获准专利三十多项。

Second-level professor, doctoral supervisor, graduate confidant supervisor. He is a distinguished professor of Chutian Scholars in Hubei Province, a young Outstanding talent in Hubei Province, and has been selected to the list of “Top 2% of the world’s Top scientists” and “Lifelong Influential Scientists” by Stanford University. Currently, he is the deputy director of Cellulose Professional Committee of Chinese Chemical Society, the deputy director of Tissue Engineering Professional Committee of China, the Executive director of gel materials of Chinese Society of Biomaterials and the member of the Branch of Biomedical Polymer Materials. He has published more than 200 academic papers in authoritative international journals (H-factor 60, cited 11265, data source Scopus). He has published 3 monographs and a number of book chapters, and has been granted more than 30 patents.

5月7日,应医学院邀请,华中科技大学杨光教授为医学院作题为《细菌纤维素功能材料的可控构筑与生物医学应用》的学术报告。此次学术交流也是黄淮学院医学院升本20周年系列学术活动之一。学术报告由杨雷院长主持。医学院全体教师、医学科技小组学生等到场聆听。

On May 7, at the invitation of the Medical College, Professor Yang Guang from Huazhong University of Science and Technology gave an academic report entitled “Controllable construction and Biomedical Application of bacterial cellulose functional Materials” for the Medical College. The academic exchange is also one of the academic activities for the 20th anniversary of the promotion of the School of Medicine of Huanghuai University. The academic report was presided over by Dean Yang Lei. All the teachers of the medical school and the students of the medical science and technology group were present to listen.

杨光深入讨论了基于纳米纤维素的生物医用材料的基础研究和应用开发,热情分享了系列以纤维素为主体的功能材料的研制,并详细介绍了在纳米纤维素生物合成的有序调控及功能化应用等方面的成果。

Yang Guang deeply discussed the basic research and application development of bio-medical materials based on nanocellulose, warmly shared the development of a series of functional materials based on cellulose, and detailed the achievements in the orderly regulation and functional application of nanocellulose biosynthesis.

在提问环节,部分教师及学生代表与杨光进行了深入交流和对话,会议室中洋溢着浓厚的学术氛围,思想的火花在讨论中碰撞,共同推动着此次报告进入高潮。杨光教授渊博的学术功底、深入浅出的示例阐述给大家留下了深刻印象。讲座过后,杨光教授又深入到实验室与同学们进行了深入沟通。

In the questioning session, some teachers and student representatives had in-depth exchanges and dialogues with Yang Guang. The conference room was filled with a strong academic atmosphere, and the sparks of ideas collided in the discussion, which jointly promoted the report to a climax. Professor Yang Guang left a deep impression on everyone with his profound academic skills and simple examples. After the lecture, Professor Yang Guang went deep into the laboratory to communicate with the students.
