12月12日,应付丽娜博士邀请,宾夕法尼亚大学刘恒意教授(Prof. Herry Liu)为医学院作题为《Blood Substitutes: Global Status & Future Trend 人造血液/血液代用品的研究进展》的学术报告。报告会在腾讯会议和智慧教室同时举行,副院长杨雷、张静、护理学系教师、医学科技小组学生、驻马店中心医院骨干教师等聆听了报告。

On December 12th, at the invitation of Dr. Lina, Prof. Herry Liu of Fania University gave a lecture entitled “Blood Substitutes: Global Status & Future Trend” for the School of Medicine. An academic report on the progress of research on artificial blood / blood substitutes. The lecture was held at the same time in Tencent meeting and smart classroom. Vice Presidents Yang Lei and Zhang Jing, nursing faculty, medical science and technology group students and key teachers of Zhumadian central hospital listened to the lecture.

Hengyi Liu, Professor, is currently Professor of Anaesthesia and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and Professor of Anaaesthetics at Drexel University. During the presentation, Professor Liu Hengyi introduced the complications of blood transfusion
Complication of blood transfusion, current research progress of classification of blood substitutes, and global blood need and supply. China’s achievements in the field of blood substitutes. After the meeting, Professor Liu Hengyi held in-depth discussions and exchanges with the students and teachers present on cutting-edge issues related to artificial blood / blood substitutes.

通过此次精彩的学术报告,同学们增加了对人造血液领域的了解,在增长知识储备的同时也拓宽了学术视野,树立了科研思维。今后,医学院将持续开展相关学术报告,进一步激发学生参与科研的兴趣,提升学生的科研素养和探究能力。
Through this wonderful academic report, students have increased their knowledge of the field of artificial blood, broadened their academic horizons and established scientific thinking while increasing their knowledge base.
