3月21日下午，医学院付丽娜博士团队、护理学教研室主任陈莹、基础医学实验中心主任吴书惠、护理学陈妞老师和学生黄丽萍、郭瑞芳等人，来到中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九九零医院全军烧伤中心进行项目交流与合作会谈。
On the afternoon of March 21, Dr. Fu Lina’s team from the School of Medicine, Chen Ying, head of the Department of Nursing, Wu Shuhui, director of the Center for Basic Medical Experiments, Teacher Chen Xin, a nursing student, and students Huang Liping, Guo Ruifang and others came to the All Military Burn Center at the 99th Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army Joint Provisional Force for project exchange and cooperation talks.
付丽娜一行和烧伤中心的专家团队展开了深入座谈，双方就常见广泛性皮肤创伤、新型复合伤口敷料等问题进行了探讨。
Fu Lina and the team of experts from the burn center held in-depth discussions, during which they discussed common widespread skin trauma and new compound wound dressings.
双方还针对“如何提高护理专业学生的学习积极性”、如何提升“护理专业价值及认同感”进行了交流。医院专家团队就学生们的疑惑给出自己的经验和见解，她们通过自身在临床的亲身经历，给到场的护理专业学生上了一节有深度有温度的专业思政课。
The two sides also exchanged views on how to increase the motivation of nursing students and how to enhance the value and identity of the nursing profession. The team of hospital experts gave their experience and insights on the students’ questions, and they gave the attending nursing students a professional philosophy class with depth and warmth through their own personal experience in the clinic.
冯继贞主任指出，要保持自己对专业的热爱，将自己的专业知识学精学透，要做会思考的护士，而不是一味地执行。王楠楠护士长自己的两次维和经历，讲述了如何克服极大困难去做好一个白衣战士。吴艳坤组长分享了看到抢救患者生命指征恢复正常那一瞬间，看到患者没有病痛的微笑，会有一种从未有过的满足感和职业认同感。
Director Feng Jizhen pointed out that to maintain a love of the profession, learn thoroughly about your expertise, be a thoughtful nurse, not a persistent execution. Chief Wang Nan Nan, whose two peacekeeping experiences spoke of how to overcome great difficulties to be a good soldier in white. Director Wu Yankun shared the moment when rescuing a patient’s vital sign returned to normal, and seeing the patient smile without pain would give a sense of satisfaction and professional identity that had never been before.
本次结合科研、临床与护理教学的交流会启发了医学院博士临床研究的新思路，也拓宽了护理学专业学生的视野，使她们受益匪浅，精神振奋。九九零医院卓越护理人员的亲身经历和经验分享对护理学专业本科的同学来说是一堂很好的思政课。这让她们更加坚信自己的价值，认同自己的职业。
This exchange, which combines scientific research, clinical and nursing teaching, has inspired new ideas for doctoral clinical research in medical school and broadened the horizons of nursing students, which has benefited them and inspired them. The personal experience and experience sharing of nursing excellence at 90 Hospital is a good political science lesson for undergraduate students in nursing. This makes them more convinced of their own value and identify with their profession.
