Huaide Zhang

Name: Huaide Zhang
Title: Undergraduate Student

Bio: Huaide Zhang is an undergraduate student majoring in Nursing at Huanghuai University, enrolled since September 2021 and expected to graduate in June 2025. Born in July 2002 in Renhuai, Guizhou, she has a diverse range of hobbies including reading, writing, listening to music, running, and playing table tennis.

She has accumulated practical experience as a station anti-epidemic volunteer at the South Bus Station of Renhuai City in December 2021, and also engaged in work-study programs at Zhumadian Xiyingmen Commercial Co., Ltd. from April 2023 to March 2024. Her research focuses on Bacterial Nanocellulose Hydrogel Wound Dressing.

She has co-authored academic papers related to Bacterial Nanocellulose/Silver Nanoparticles for Antimicrobial Wound Dressing, and participated in the 12th World Biomaterials Congress (WBC 2024) and the 5th International Conference on ChinaNanomedicine 2023. She has been awarded honors such as “Military Training Model for New Students 2021”, “Excellent League Member”, “Excellent Student Cadre”, and prizes in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions and academic technology competitions.

Lanlan Ma

Name: Lanlan Ma

Bio: Lanlan Ma is an undergraduate student majoring in Nursing at Huanghuai University, enrolled in 2021 and set to graduate in June 2025. Born in June 2001 in Tongxin County, Ningxia, she enjoys reading, writing, listening to music, running, and playing table tennis.

She has rich volunteer and practical experience: she served as a community volunteer in Qingtongxia City, Wuzhong, Ningxia in December 2021 and June 2022; worked as a volunteer teacher for the “Cloud Teaching for the Winter Olympics” event in February 2022; and took a summer job in Qingtongxia City in July 2022. Her research focuses on Bacterial Nanocellulose Hydrogel Wound Dressing.

She co-authored academic papers on Bacterial Nanocellulose/Silver Nanoparticles for Antimicrobial Wound Dressing, and participated in the 12th World Biomaterials Congress (WBC 2024) and the 5th International Conference on ChinaNanomedicine 2023. She has won the second prize in the 9th China International Internet+ College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Huanghuai University Division) and the third prize in the 2023 “Challenge Cup” Huanghuai University College Student Extracurricular Academic and Technological Works Competition.

Her research focuses on the design and evaluation of functional biomaterials, particularly Bacterial Nanocellulose (BC) and 3D nanofiber scaffolds for skin tissue repair and wound healing. She has published over 10 SCI papers with 1,000+ citations and holds multiple patents in medical device innovation.
